R&D, as we know that without an R&D program, a company may not survive on its own, and may have to rely on other ways to innovate, through R&D, companies can design new products and improve their existing offerings.

 

 

R&D in our company will including: product & machine

 

1. Product: Three-dimensional structure, modeling.

Appearance, concept, function, ergonomics, new materials…

 

Our own team for R&D consists of 5 employees (including engineers and designers), which is responsible for design and develop new products every quarter, except the customer styles.

 

 

2. Machine: 

Hair dividing machine: to balance and stabilize the weight and shape of the bristles for each brush.
Brushes of the same model will not produce bristles with large differences in size.

 

Punching jig (scalding hair head, improve the accuracy of processing technology): this is one of our advantages, we are the leader of this processing technology, so we can help to create the new items base on it.
